  • At Westies Wax Customer service & satisfaction is very important to us. If a product fall short of this, please get in touch using the contact form on the contact us page of the website. Please take the time to read the terms and conditions before making a purchase. Customers are entering into a legally binding contract if making purchases from the site.

  • Westies Wax accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage caused resulting from improper or inappropriate use of any product.

PLEASE NOTE THAT COLOURS MAY VARY FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHS.

 

Once payment has been received items will be dispatched within 48 hours usually quicker if we are not working away. I am quite happy for customers to collect if they prefer from any location I attend as long as you notify me 24hrs beforehand. I always obtain proof of postage so should your item go missing I will be able to forward you the proof for you to claim against the carrier as this will not be the sellers responsibility.

We have made every effort to photograph items clearly in order to show their true colours and size, however, as the actual colour you see will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee your display will accurately reflect the colour of the item. If you require measurements please contact me. These items are not toys or edible.

 

Privacy

Personal data will only be used to provide you with the service you have requested. Data will not be stored for any longer than necessary. Information you have provided will not be passed on to any third party or "appear" on any mailing list. Your online payment will be taken 'off site' within the Paypal system and therefore no financial information will be collected by us.

 

Delivery

An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt of your order and this will give you the date it has been processed and a date it will be posted. Items that are being made to your personal specifications will normally be processed within 7 working days, dependent on what you have ordered.

 

 

Postage

We do not post outside the UK payments will be refunded. Small/medium items are sent Royal Mail, large items by Hermes. Westies Wax cannot be held responsible for any postal delays which are outside our control.

 

Returns/refund policy

We hope you will be very happy with your order.  However, if the item you receive is damaged, or not what you ordered, please tell us straight away. We can then arrange a replacement or refund. If you change your mind on an item buyer pays return postage. If any part of the order has been damaged in transit, you can request a refund but we will pursue a claim through Royal Mail or the courier on your behalf. As we have to give them details of any loss or damage, they will contact you to verify this. Any goods which are the subject of a damage claim should be kept by you until the matter is resolved as they may need to be produced as evidence to substantiate any claim. 

We are bound by Royal Mail regulations in that a parcel is not considered lost until 15 working days have passed.  If you have checked with your local post office and they do not have a record of it, please contact us by email. We will submit a claim to Royal Mail on your behalf, and submit all necessary paperwork to aid in the processing of your claim. If Royal Mail agrees to pay compensation, we will then pass this payment on to you, via the method of payment you originally made. If your order does arrive after you have submitted the claim, please contact us immediately so that we can cancel the claim with Royal Mail.

  • We try to keep Westies Wax as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available. 

  • All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order.
